Not as bad as some reviews...
Actually I thought it wasn't bad for the price. It wasn't perfect but it was good enough for the price. Do bring some of your own Shampoo...soap is provided. Sound proofing was not the best but my neighbors that nite were fine. Would stay again....thanks! Good location.

Dirty, uncomfortable bed, TV did not work. Definately would not stay here again or recommend to anyone that I liked.

The room was sparsely furnished (no alarm clock or clock radio), but amazingly clean. Not a spec of dirt anywhere. Bed was comfortable. Rooms on the W side are far enough from the highway that the road noise was not a problem - could hear the robins singing! My section had convenient and quick stairs from the parking lot so I didn;t have to wait for a slow elevator. Sound insulation was not great - could hear tenant above walking around and motorcycle starting up in parking lot, but if you are not a late sleeper, this is a minor problem. Did not hear any noisy long term tenants like some cheap city hotels have. Desk staff were courteous. Will gladly stay here again.

find hotel on google maps and street view before you leave - location at the end of a frontage road is not obvious.

Ok for price
I needed a cheap pet friendly hotel on short notice. This fit but if I had the time and money I would've definitely stayed somewhere better. The bedspread had some sort of black goo on it, there was no fitted sheet so the flat they had on kept sliding off, the box spring was shredded and all the springs were visible, there were no washcloths and my towels were rolled up in their places but were still wet. I don't know if they weren't properly dried or if they were never even washed... On a good side, the bed itself wasn't completely uncomfortable and the free coffee in he morning wasn't awful. The desk staff was friendly.

It served our purpose
We were looking for an economical place to stay. We were not expecting many amenities and there were none. We had a clean room, bed and bath, and that was all that was necessary.

Rockford overnight
I just needed a place to sleep overnight. I was surprised that the room did not have a closet, hanging rod or even a hook to hang my closes for the next day on.

Inexpensive, Clean, Convenient
The room was clean and decent. No shampoo. No coffee in room, but in the lobby. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. For a very inexpensive place to stay, this served well. I would stay again.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Next to very busy highway and walls very thin so noise was an issue. No breakfast as previously advertised; only had coffee for a couple hours in the morning. Checking in and out went smoothly.
