We had a great time visiting our family and our stay at the hotel. Everything was great. A little too much chlorine in the pool area but I guess too much is better than not enough. Room was clean and fit all our needs.

Couple heading to reunion

We attended a 20 year class reunion. The business center was nice and the work out room was nice. There was one lady at the desk on Saturday am that was not friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We had a 2 night reservation and came back to our room when the maid service was just entering for a cleaning and we mentioned only to change the towels and she was upset that she could not make up our room. We felt that was our decision and not hers.

Super clean and comfy

great hotel
The front counter staff couldn't have been more gracious, check in and check out was a breeze, and I highly recommend the hotel breakfast. Couldn't have been happier with the stay

Beef-A-Roo is a local casual restaurant chain in Rockford, just west of the hotel on State Street. Their sandwiches and salads are worth a try!

Convenient, Courteous and Classy
Our trip to Rockford was on a return from Green Lake, Wisconsin. It was convenient to access from I-90 and close enough to Anderson Japanese Gardens to make it an easy reach. The staff at this inn was attentive and courteous, even though there was a lot going on ( wedding reception and numerous business meetings). The room was clean and very comfortable. Precious, my spouse, just loved the pillowtop king mattress. In addition, the appearance of the inn ,both interior and exterior, from the lobby entrance to the room itself was quite classy. I would recommend the inn for an overnight or an extended stay.
