Accomodating!
The front desk staff was very accomodating to our request to change rooms to the top floor and to give us walking directions to the church where the church services were being held. They were very efficient and friendly. Tony Too, the inhouse restaurant had great meals and good prices. The room was comfortable with a HD tv and plenty room to move about. The bathroom was very open and clean.

Emergency Power Lacking
Everything was very nice until a thunderstorm knocked out power and the hotel did not have sufficient backup to power much of anything. Stairwell exits were unlit, and even the lobby had minimal lighting. Very unsafe conditions.

Nice place, but my kids need a tub!
Service was adequate. We needed to add a night, so they made a 'new' reservation for the next day. But then told us we might have to change rooms. Ended up we got to stay in that room. But for some reason it was a handicap accessible room, so no tub, which doesnt work well for kids!

Overall our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were extremely large and the bed was very comfortable. There was not enough lighting in the bathroom for me to apply my makeup and wash my face well. No lighting above the bathroom sink made it difficult to do a thorough job of doing these things. Vending and ice machines were nice. Sitting area was extremely nice. Minimal bars in the bathroom for holding towels, etc. Small bathroom space for toiletries.
