WAS NICE BACK IN ITS DAY.......

THIS WAS PROBALLY A REALLY NICE HOTEL 10-15 YEARS AGO. DONT LET THE WORDS VIEW OF THE RIVER FOOL YOU. THE HOTEL IS VERY OUTDATED TO SAY THE LEAST. ROOMS ARE BARELY HANGING ON WITH A LOT OF PAINT TO COVER UP THE DAMAGES. NOT RECOMENDED FOR FAMILYS, THIS IS A ONE NIGHT BECAUSE YOU NEED A PLACE TO SLEEP KINDA PLACE.

THERE IS NO WHERE TO EAT WITHIN A FEW BLOCKS. DRIVING IN THE TOWN IS TRICKY BECAUSE OF ONE WAY AND DEAD END STREETS.

we had a great time days inn quncy il the staff was very professional the rooms was clean the bathroom was spotless very roomy great internet great hbo channel clean pool sheela the manager gave us great rates easy parking great breakfast easy access to down town area we got to keep dog in room beautiful area

Let Down

The picture of the front of the cuilding looks really nice. However the rooms weren't the same. If i would've got to see the rooms before going i wouldn't have stayed there. It was not worth $65.00. It was more like a motel where all of the rooms are accessed from the outside.

I would NEVER stay there again!!!!!!

All the fixtures are very old and stained, the carpet was worn, dirt was ground in the corners, it didn't smell clean!!! The first thing when we got to the door, I couldn't hardly get in I had to push as I turned the key. The whole place needs re-done!!!!

Car show getaway

In all my years in staying in hotels, this has got to be the worst. The shower did not work. Everything was filthy. You could scrape the crud off the phone. Coffee pot was not cleaned. Seal broken on the shampoo with only half remaining. Hand soap smelled like the old lye soap. Counter top was full of powered creamer from the previous customers. I was going to complain but decided that we just will never stay there again.

we had a great time we enjoyed the pool room are clean staff very professional warm showers comfortable beds great tv programs internet worked great great breakfast shela the manager was very nice and gave us a great rate
