Business Trip
The hotel was older, but clean. Room was nice and updates - but would have liked more counter space in bath. Very good, central location for business, shopping and access to freeways. A good value.

Short drive from hotel
Don't trust GPS, particularly the stored return address, too much when you drive to return the rental. When I return the car that day, the previously saved location was wrong, that made me circled the O'Hare airport in rush hour after several calls to find it. Check it before leave the counter.

Where's the ice.
My largest complaint is the lack of ice on my floor. I was having ankle pain and did not want to get in the elevator just to get ice.

For the first night, we were only given a choice of a handicap room (with a bed smaller than a queen size) or a smoking room. We opted for the smoking room. Besides the smell in the room, there was trash outside the door of this room and the hair dryer did not work. We were switched to a different room on the second night, but the "keys" we were given did not work. It took another trip to the front desk. The manager on duty was present for all of this and DID NOTHING!

Fun in Chicago
We came up from Tennessee for a wedding. My husband was born here and moved away when he was 15. He hadn't been back for over 30 years. The staff at the hotel were amazing!! Had a great time. Close to everything!! If we ever decide to come back we will definately stay here.

She Sees Sun
No whirlpool, no fitness center= NOOOOOOOOO
Although the website says and shows a whirlpool and a fitness center neither is actually there! On top of that, we had to switch rooms because the air conditioning wasn"t working and then to top it off the on-demand movies were unavailable! Not a good hotel!!

Excellent for a shopping day
The location of the hotel is excellent if you are planning a shopping trip, there is 2 mayor shopping malls and several stores 10-15 minutes away. Restaurants, cinemas and green areas.

The hotel is in desperate need of updating. The elevators are extremely slow; there is no A/C in halls or elevators; does not appear to be clean; hot tub was broken the entire time we were there, with no work being done on it; restaurant was poor - food was less than average.

Changed for the worse
The hotel was not clean the gift shop is only open from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and the bath towels are about the size and thickness of dish towels not likely to ever go back and I've stated many times over the years but not anymore.
