We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. The pool was warm and clean. Front desk personnel were very welcoming. We loved the free warm breakfast. Very tasty. We would stay here again.

Oak Brook Residence Inn
The room was large and we really liked the high ceilings. Having all the kitchen amenities was very nice as well. Staff did great considering a tornado came through the night before and knocked them back to the 1980s. Room temp control from thermostat rather than loud AC was also a big plus.

Great hotel, fabulous waffles
The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was centrally located and made getting around in an unfamiliar city pretty easy.

We go to Chicago to visit our family. Residence Inn was in a great location for us, in between both sets of families. One in the city and one in the suburbs. Oak Brook has nice malls and stores, including Tiffany's. The breakfast station was okay. Pretty much the norm. Continental with a pan of scramled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Fresh fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese was also available. On Mon, Tues, and Wed nights they have a social in the dining area that includes an appetizer,small meal, and dessert along with wine, soda and beer. We loved the little kitchenett in the room. The pool area was clean and average size with a hot tub. We were greated by staff everytime you walk by the front desk, they are very hospitable. The only downside was there is no restaurant or bar on site and the only menu we could find for delivery was pizza. We really liked our stay there and when we return for more visits, we'll be staying there.

Definately check out Tiffany's. My daughter and I got matching necklaces, she was very excited about that..me too:) Also, if you love Italian beefs like we do, there's a little place on manheim road about 5 miles from the hotel called Mickey's they have the best beefs around! We went downtown to the Vienna Beef Factory on Damon Ave and bought hot dogs and beef w/ the gravy to bring back with us. It was a great deal.

Great room for a great price
Everything was great. Only complaints we have are we wish we had more towels, and one receptionist wanted to flirt with laundry crew instead of give me a roll of toilet paper.

Great for multiple guests
Three of us shared a room while attending a conference. The hotel was hard to find, but previous reviews warned of that so we went with extra directions. Room was VERY comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was plentiful. The breakfast area was beautiful and welcoming!

Something always breaks...
Had to call and have maintenance unclog the toilet. The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to change rooms. Noisy construction on hwy 88.
