We enjoyed the visit to this hotel even though the decor could use updating. The room was c lean, comfortable and free of smoke smell. We appreciated the comfy chair and kitchenette. The desk could be useful for business travelers. Perfect location for ISU events. Our continental breakfast was adequate but could use some fruit. The desk staff was not attentive at check in. Instead of concentrating on us as customers, the clerk addressed questions to two other staffers simultaneously and eventually let someone else complete our check in. So sad for customer service.

We book a room with two double beds for my daughter and I. When we checked into our room, it had one old looking bed in the room. I went to the front desk and the manager told me because I booked not directly through the hotel I was guaranteed a room, but not the room I paid for. I went back to the room and looked at the bed again and decided we could not stay in that room. I went back to complain again and was finally given a lovely two bed room that was very comfortable. .

good place, clean environment no body can smoke in the hotel and that's something good especially for none smoking.

The hotel staff is very nice. The rooms smelled like mold, especially in the bathroom. Carpet in front of the fridge was very stained and smelled funky. Needs an overhaul. For the price I thought the place would be alot nicer.

The hotel staff at the front desk were very nice but this hotel has not been updated and the rooms are dirty, stained carpeting, cob webs etc. We went out and purchased our own blankets and pillows to use in the room. We were very tempted to just sleep in the car. Couldn't wait until the sun came up to check out.

Friendly staff great location may need to upgrade mattresses-not very comfortablebut good size rooms

Staff was very couteous and helpfull. We rented a car within walking distance and spent 3 full days exploring the area for Family History Project.

We reservede a room for three males 2 months before our book date. When we arrived they had a room with one bed and no cotts available. If I reserve a room for three people I expect the room to at least have two beds..When we asked the staff where the ice machine was she replied she didnt really know..(its only three floors).
