Good trip
Rooms were good and clean. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle service from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport were good. Drivers were very good.

Would do it again in a heartbeat!
Hotel staff very accomodating. Hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommnend a stay there if in the Bloomington-Normal area. I definitely will re-book the next time I'm there.

Normal Trip
This was a difficult trip for my wife and I. We had to attend the memorial service and funeral of my wife's oldest sister. They lived in a small town about 40 miles away. We commuted 80 miles each day for 3 days, and returned to the hotel each night. Our room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Check in and out was fast. We would reccommend this hotel for a traveler in need of a good night's sleep. The amenities were excellent as well.

WE had breakfast in the hotel. Service good and food was very good. This is a college town and walking around the hotel made you fell you were back in college.

Great hotel, but bad workout room
I stay at this hotel several nights a month. The location is great and the staff is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and the free breakfast is quality. Really, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel except about the workout room. The equipment (2 treadmills and 1 elliptical) is worn out and desperately needs to be replaced. If getting a decent workout is important - this might not be the place for you. I have pay to go to the gym a few miles away.

NORMAL GAME DAY
I WAS IN TOWN TO SEE THE GAME (ILLINOIS STATE & EASTERN ILLINOIS). THE HOTEL IS IN A PERFECT LOCATION CLOSE TO ILLINOIS STATE.THE DINNING WAS EXCELENT BECAUSE I HAD DINNER & BREAKFAST THERE TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW AND ALSO BROUGHT SOME FAMILY MEMBERS OVER FOR DINNER AFTER THE GAME.

Great On Campus Hotel
We loved the hotel, but don't stay on the 5th floor facing the front. They have a balcony with all the air conditioning/heating equipment on it! It was horrible to look out. Otherwise, it was a gorgeous hotel with beautiful decorative touches, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar, and in the morning had the breakfast buffet which was quite good. We didn't swim in the pool, but it looked terrific, as did the fitness center and the computer room. I'd definitely stay there again!
