I was there w/my parents, 84 w/walker and 76. We were very comfortable. Someone double parked in the handicap spot but would that be their fault? Staff was quick and intelligent.Answered questions and gave good advice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and I would definetly reccomend this hotel

mom at work
OK if you need a low price
room was fine, clean enough. breakfast fine. shower never got warm enough. whole place kind of dark and lonely. But it was cheaper than anything else I looked at. it is located just north of the university (ISU) and just off I-55, so very convenient. maybe during peak times when there would probably be more people there it would not seem so odd of a place.

Short and sweet
I needed a one night stay for a quick trip to visit my daughter at college. America's Best fit the bill perfectly. The only issue was the staff and their apparent inability to figure out/understand my bill (perhaps because it was booked on-line?). There was confusion both when I checked in and when I checked out - two different staff members.

Old and in need of updates
This hotel is still living in the late 90's with its appeal. The rooms are in drastick need for updating to at least the 20th century funiture. It has the smell of a old hotel. No amenities in bathroom other than soap. AC/Heat unit was very noisy and old with buttons missing.

Pretty Good
I was only at the hotel for one night, but the staff was friendly checking in, the room was clean, and they had a decent continental breakfast. Would stay again.

Got what I paid for...
Hotel was good for how cheap it was, staff wasn't very friendly upon arrival nor on departure. However, it was real cheap in a great location off of I-55, room was very nice, bathroom was really nice, pool looked great, and room was clean--- can't complain

Not bad for the price. Dirty pool.
The room and building were acceptable. Nothing special, but not too bad. The breakfast provided was fine. The only complaint I have is that the pool and pool water were not very clean. The water was cloudy and the pool had visible scum around the waters edge. If the pool were better maintained, this would be an excellent value.
