Weekend Getaway
My wife and I were visiting Naperville for a wedding and found this hotel on orbitz. We were happy with the quality of the hotel and the price. The beds were nice and the bedroom and bathroom was spacious. I would recommend this hotel for a couple's weekend getaway.

OK place to stay - friendly staff
We have stayed here twice in the last two months. Our first stay we had a broken toilet to contend with. Our second stay we had water temperature challenges. The staff was very friendly on both occasions and resolved our problems albeit the first problem was not solved very timely. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Clean room and good location
My mother, teenage son, and I stayed at this Naperville hotel because we were attending the 2010 USATF Youth World Championships in Lisle, Illinois. The location was great because we were three miles away from the track, and if you ventured a few blocks down Diehl Road or Ogden Avenue, there were several restaurants to meet my son's needs of having a high-protein diet since he's an athlete, and my mother's desire of shopping on a shoe-string budget. One considerate thing that the Hampton staff provided was a complimentary mini refrigerator for my mother's medication during our three-day stay. We knew that the rooms did not come equipped with a refrigerator, but the medication had to be refrigerated. The receptionist originally agreed to keep the medication in their kitchen; however, later in the day when we returned to our room, to our surprise, a refrigerator was in our room. We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn--Naperville. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were a variety of both hot and cold items, but it would have been nice to have real scrambled eggs instead of the mini round "discs" of fried eggs. My only suggestion for this hotel is to consider adding an extra towel bar in the bathroom to accommodate three to four guests in a room since the bathroom seemed to be set up for no more than two people.

This hotel is clean, renovated (almost complete),has helpful staff and offers a nice free breakfast. Our only complaint is that the pool was closed and we didn't know that until we got there.

Review by some tired travelers
It was very good. Shortly after we arrived, a high school basketball team came in. They were terrible with screaming, slamming doors and running in the hall. The hotel staff put a stop to it immediately and we were able to rest. We are very appreciative.

Business travel and brought the family too! Only wished the pool was indoors for the kiddos. Ended up going to a local fitness center that the management staff worked out for us. They went above an beyond!

For the night we stayed, it was fine.
It was ok for the amount of time we stayer, overnight. It had a good location for the place we were going on Saturday night. We stayed there last year, we would stay again, although I believe they are closing for some refurbishing. So we will look forward to the new look, probably nextyear.
