Extended Stay America Chicago - Naperville

I was checked into an occupied room that had individuals performing private acts. I was then checked into the "new" rooms (just a flat screen tv added instead of a box tv). I was walked in on while in the shower by maintenance who overrode my lock on the door. The door privacy lock does not work, you can open the door with it locked. Was awoken at 4:30 a.m. by loud noses and someone trying to come into my room. I had placed a chair in front of the door for security and it was moved when I woke up. Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom has toothpaste all over the door. The shower head on the shower was cheap and barely gave out water.

If you ignore the dirty sheets, blood (I think) on the comfortable, having to change the sheets ourselves, the TV remote that didn't work, and the moldy smell, I guess the place was OK (sarcasm font). Do not go here if you expect a clean room. On the other hand, the front desk staff was very helpful and responsive to the room issues.

Put us up on 3rd floor , didn't see the elevator room smelled smokey and was supposed to be a non smoking room. but for teh one night we were there it sufficed for a bed and shower.

I loved having the mini kitchen to make my own food or reheat food leftover from the restaurants in the area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I thought the room was perfect for me because it allowed to make meals, sleep, and watch tv when I was not at the baseball games in Geneva. The hotel was very close to the expressway (tollway 88) and other major roads and there were many restaurants, gas stations, and stores quite nearby to satisfy any needs you might have.

Good location, good size room though older. Bed was comfortable. Immediate hot water. Fridge, dishes, & microwave nice. One-time $4 charge for internet was a surprise. Next room had noisy party kids till 3 am last night there.
