Although I didn't realize I was reserving a non-suite room the front staff were very helpful and upgraded my room for just a small additional fee per night. Breakfast every morning was good and they did a nice job making sure there were new options everyday, along with the regular waffles and cereal. The fitness room was very nice, clean and machines in good working order. Didn't have a chance to swim but the pool room was kept clean with plenty of towels. The rooms do show a little bit of age but are generally well maintained. The only outlet near the nightstands was behind the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Connecting to guest wireless could be confusing since there were multiple legitimate Country Inn wireless networks to choose from with varying signal strengths. The heating and cooling was easily controlled with a wall thermostat and came from an overhead duct instead of the units by the window that constantly blow on you. Overall I would stay here again because of the value, service and my overall positive experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not very good - it could be simple with better ingredients. No need for frozen eggs benedict.

The hotel was very clean and the beds seemed like they were new. The staff was very helpful and the morning breakfast was just the right combination to get you going in the morning.

Hotel was close to DuPage County Arboreatom and Children's Museum, as well as restaurants and shopping. Location was in a very pleasant setting with vast green space but still near sopping and restaurants. The hotel provided a great continental breakfast and plenty of room to set and enjoy. Check-in and check-out were super fast.

We were in the area for my daughter's college graduation. We requested a handicapped room, but needed two beds. Handicapped rooms only have one bed, but they gave us all the equipment we needed to make our stay comfortable. I do wish they could have had two waffle makers, because there was usually a long line of people wanting to make their yummy waffles.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, rooms are a bit dated, but not bad at all. Gym and hot tub a bit small and need a bit of updating. Unfortunetly for those who use Orbits and are business travelers you do not get reward points, even if you pay the same as company website. For me its give up orbits or points. Lets face it point and frequent status benifits often make the decision between which hotel to use.
