Best Western Naperville Inn

Nice room,large and clean,convenient to stores and eating.Only problem was that room was about 80 degrees,but it was January,so easy to fix.Decent Continental breakfast,then down the road I went.

For Naperville, this hotel was not a good nights stay. Got put in a smoking room initially - was horribly bad with smoke smell. Then got put in new room, bed sheets did not fit double bed, curtains would not completely close, and TV was from 1979. Other hotels nearby are a better value, even when low price is factored in.

I was in Wheaton for business, and stayed at the Best Western Naperville for the week. The room was very nice, but the common areas are pretty drear. For the price, it was OK.

when i booked my stay [...]for a king size bed non smoking and was given a double smokingi was disapointed. the front dest did switched me to non smoking but i wanted the bigger bed..when i asked for extra pillows (2) and towels(4) i got 1 of each my last time here was better

This hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as high speed Internet, fitness room etc. No frills and reasonable rates....perfect for the business traveler.

I was in Illinois to attend a wedding and stayed at this hotel for a week. The first thing I noticed was that the room (and hotel in general) was very clean. All the facilities, appliances, and electronics worked great... no problems. The hotel comes with a mini fridge and a microwave which is nice for storing (and heating) snacks. There is high-speed, hard-wired internet in every room. A great perk. The staff were polite and professional. When you put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign the housekeeping staff actually READ it and don't bug you. The hotel was quiet and I slept very well every night. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider staying here again. This hotel is near a bunch of stores, a movie theater, and very close to major roads and highways.

I never made it out of Boston because of the Blizzard on 12/26/10 that stranded thousands and shut down airports all over the East Coast. Spent 6 hours on the phone with you to reschedule my trip just to have my second flight cancelled and no guaranteed seats out until 1/1. JetBlue refunded my airfare, somehow you got my car refunded and as soon as that shows up on my credit card, the car ins policy I prepaid will also get refunded. None of these things were supposed to be refundable. The only thing you can't refund is the hotel because the hotel would rather profit off of my misery instead of be humane and authorize the charge they've already made to you. [...], the Manager said that [...] I was lucky she was willing to move my hotel dates the first time. I've stayed there before and like the location and the hotel was average but as far as I'm concerned Best Western Naperville Inn will never see my business again [...]

Hotel was ok. Keys kept not working. Bed was ok. Breakfast was ok. The hotel was in an alright area and was close to some places to eat. Definitely a one and done place.

We were in Wheaton visiting family and this hotel had the best rates around -- ended up being only 61/nite (inc. taxes!); the breakfast left a little to be desired and the room was not large enough to accomodate a hotel this size, so I'd say average... go out to eat then. But the room was comfy, roomy and clean.

Worked and Slept Maybe splenda with coffee, LOL About the same
