Baymont Inn & Suites Naperville

We chose this hotel because of the 3.2 rating, but it was not what we expected for the price. While the room was clean and quiet, it was quite small, the double bed had only one reading light, and there was only one bath towel (we got another). The exercise room was touted but was tiny and the two machines, a treadmill and recumbent bike were broken.

Our rooms were clean and well kept, the staff were very friendly and professional, the continental breakfast was above average. The hotel is located near or not far from many things we were going to on our trip. Easy access to the interstate.

Not the best, unfortunately.

Location is good. Everyday cleaning . The furniture are little old, may need changes.

went to chicagoland speedway only half hour from track good place to stay

We used this stay as a "rest stop" before boarding Amtrak in Naperville and traveling to Denver. We both appreciated the variety offered for the Continental Breakfast. This was our first stay at this motel and it was a little hard to find since it sits off the road at the end of a cul-de-sac. (If you go to the end of the cul-de-sac and turn at about 1 o'clock you can't miss it.) The glitch was a couple of barking dogs in a room not far from ours. Their owners had left them alone in the room, but they quieted down before 10:00 when the owners came back. Tne management was understanding and did not ask them to leave since they did quiet down.

We used this stay as a "rest stop" after traveling all day on Amtrak before driving home the next day.

Seemed like there was a lot of unusual activity always going on, people coming and going, doors to other rooms propped open all hours of day and night, even with "Do Not Disturb" displayed. It just wasn't very inviting when coming and going with a group of people hanging around main lobby door. I first thought they were possibly construction workers, however mmost never left hotel from what I saw. I wouldn't not go there again but I would only go if I needed somewhere inexpensive to lay my head on business travel only, not for a family trip.

hotel was a good location and a good price. needed a fridge and microwave in the room. good location to stores and restaurants.

Upon arrival there was a funny smell in the lobby but that cleared up by morning. The breakfast didn't have a very good selection and the lady working the breakfast was not very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and the lady working the desk at check in was very friendly and helpful with directions for the town.
