Perfect location
Very clean, nice hot breakfast, and pleasant staff. Also located near the mall, several restaurants, Wal-Mart, and Sam's Club.

Good Cheap SIU hotel
My family and I were visiting SIU and we found that this was a great, cheap hotel to stay at while visiting the university. The beds were nice, firm, and clean and the complementary breakfast was tasty.

Good Place
There were some computer problems. Delay with check in. Keycards that were not working. However, it is Hampton and the overall experience was positive. This location is right between tourist attractions of east and west Shawnee Forest!

Our choice when we travel through Marion
It is conveniently located right off the interstate. Check-in and out is always quick and friendly. Rooms were clean. Only thing was there was a little mold in the shower. Free breakfast was good and hot food was hot. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice place
We were visiting family nearby and the location was perfect. We really liked the staff and the room was very nice. We will go back next time we visit.

Motorcycle Couple
Hampton on 3rd of July
Our room was very nice and had a comfortable king size bed. Air was cool when we walked. Felt great after a hot day riding motorcycle. Water in shower was hot. Curved shower rods make roomier shower. Nice tiled floor in bathroom. Front desk even called after we checked in and asked how our room was. Never had that happen before anywhere. Right next door to Bob Evans, Applebees and Steak N Shake.

Family Trip
Over all it was not a bad experience but the breakfast was horrible. The food was cold, most of the food was out by 7:00 and then we are told that it will be 10-15 minutes before they could replace any of it. Ended up going to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. The rooms are fantastic. Absolutely loved it. Very comfy and cozy.

Mom does it best
A family trip for the Holidays
The only reason we were upset with our stay was the fact that we booked this hotel because they had a pool and when we arrived there we were told the pool was out of service and it would be out of serice the entire time of our stay. They did say we could go to the Drury Inn if we wanted to swim but that was not feasible for us. We would have booked at the Drury Inn if we had known ahead of time that the pool was out of service.

Swim Meet
Another Stay In Marion
We come twice a year for swim meets in Carbondale and always stay here. Front desk staff is execellent, rooms are updated and clean. Nice place
