Extended Stay Deluxe Chicago - Lombard - Oak Brook

This was a great hotel for the price. I stayed here on business and it was great.

The Hotel was very accomodating for me. It was simple living but clean. The only problem was the distinct order in the Hallways and sometimes in the rooom.

The staff at the hotel was very nice. The room had everything I needed. The bed was not comfortable and I had a difficult time falling asleep.

I really enjoyed myself at your hotel and plan on coming back again in the near future.

While at the hotel, the blizzard hit us pretty hard and I got snowed in. I thought there would be some type of extra shovels or something but oh well. The space in the hotel was excellent and the front desk were very friendly. Target is right down the street so that was good.

I arrived late on a Friday night after traveling for 12 hours with many children coming from 105 degree weather. I arrived to find that the air conditioning was not functioning properly in one of the 3 rooms we purchased, so I called down to the front desk to find out if there were any other rooms available to move us to. I was told that there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait until tomorrow. They did have rooms, but since I booked with [...]he couldn't move me. My mother then went down stairs and demanded to speak with a manager. [...]" called his manager and all but argued with her when she tried to make accommodations to move us to another room. He reluctantly moved to us another room on a different floor and when I entered the room, the air conditioning was not operating on top of the fact that it was a much smaller room. I then went back down stairs to speak with the clerk [...] about the situation and he proceeded to tell me that he was running a night program and that he couldn't do anything until the morning when his manager arrived. I asked him "what about customer service" he then looked at me and said, "do I look like customer service?" I was done at that point and moved back into the first hot room that I came from until the maintenance man came and "politely" solved the problem. I want to thank the maintenance man and the maid on the 3rd floor, if not for you the entire hotel stay would have been a waste!

Sofa sleeper had no bed linen and no one answered at the front desk. It also blocked access to the bathroom for the person in the other bed. Made for a very restless night.
