I stayed at this Hotel on Wednesday July 3, 2013. Three weeks earlier i made reservations on a hotel website as i do all my hotels. This room was pre-paid. When We arrived, the Lady at the desk was very rude to us, yelled at us and threatend us by
wanting to call the police as she wanted to charge us $20 more for the room! We already paid online and she still wanted Twenty Dollars more. Her name was Rinku! Very unprofessional Woman who runs a business and very rude. We had to pay the extra $20 as it was late and needed a room after a long drive. I did call the website where i booked the room, and they said she had no right to charge us more after it was paid for from there website. The room was very dirty, and the bathroom was run down and dingy. The smoke alarm didnt work and was laying on top of the microwave, with the wires hanging down from the ceiling! Very uncomfortable beds, sheets and towels were nasty and the breakfast was worthless, Just juice and oatmeal packets. I asked for a cinneman roll as advertised on tv for the hotel, and the lady went back into the office and brought me a stale wrapped roll. Why were they not set out in the morning for guests? I would not recommeind this hotel as i would rather sleep in my car. Find another hotel in Litchfield or drive to the next town...trust me, you will regret staying here, as it is overpriced, and the rooms need to be upgrated. Hotel staff is very rude to guests.
Luckily this was just a one night stay. There were holes in the mattress, and the room obviously needed some attention. It was however close to the expressway which made it convenient for our stop on the way to Arkansas.
Having a function in a nearby town location was perfect and price for the cleanliness was well worth it. Did not use amenities much tv and fridg worked well bed was comfortable and clean. would stay there again.
Could not understand the clerk and we got a smoking room and we needed a nosmoking room. I have asthma and I did not enjoy inhaling second hand smoke. It was not a very nice place. I have stayed in Super 8's many times and this was a very
The rooms are clean, as well as the lobby. Many restraunts within walking distance with reasonable prices. A movie theater across the street from the hotel. The hotel lobby has a coffee maker, however it is shut down at night. But there is hope
for the avid coffee drinker, there is a 24 hour restraunt open next door.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
Variety of restraunts and quick stops within walking distance. If you are looking for a 4 star restraunt there is one a block away that I am sure you will enjoy. The atmosphere is fantastic and prices within reason.
