My room did not have a bed spread on the bed, the blanket had stains and burn holes in it. The furniture was old and beat up to say the least. The common areas did not smell clean at all. The free breakfast was ok, waffles were the best thing, eggs were the processed round cake things, small box cereal, and chocolate doughnuts.

Staff was very nice, front desk staff friendly and very efficient. Hotel needs to be freshened up. Lobby looked worn and dirty, smelled moldy, needs to be updated AND a good cleaning. Room was pretty clean, mattress looked new but room furniture had a lot to be desired. Was okay deal for $55 a night but NO WAY would I pay over that to stay at that particular hotel.

Bad if you're staying a few days and want somewhere decent to sleep. Got the king suite w/ jacuzzi........dirty tub, jet stream didnt work. Got another room where the jacuzzi worked, however the sheets on the bed looked like they were dropped in the grass and stomped on. Had those little sticky seed things that stick to your socks all over the bed. Blah.....just not my type. Went across the street to Best Western =)

My experience at this hotel was horrible. After requesting a non-smoking room with two queen beds, I arrived to find that they did not have any more non-smoking rooms. I had even called the hotel prior to insure that I got a non-smoking room. After a long time speaking with the girl at check-in, she agreed to give me a $10 refund which she said would be credited to my card. I proceeded to my room and found that it did not have two queen beds, so back down to check-in I went. After being assigned to the new room, I went there and found the room was about 95 degrees and the air conditioning didn't work. I had to call down for them to go and flip a breaker for it to work. In addition to smelling smokey, the room was in poor condition, and there even appeared to be blood spattered on the wall next to the bed closest to the window. At check-out, it took nearly 30 minutes for them to give me the $10 credit I was promised. I would never recommend this hotel.

Good Price - Decent Room - Decent breakfast including waffles - Friendly Staff - Only negative was a couple of loud door slams early in the morning but that is just a rude guest and you will get those anywhere from time to time.

This is an average hotel at best. I would not stay here if other options were available at a similar price. The hallway had smell that I could not define, but it was unpleasant. The room was adequate. It was a little dated. I only stayed one night, I would not want to stay there for several nights. The TV picture quality was poor. I could here the TV in the room next me.

Was able to check in early; room was clean. Location was close to business meeting location; easy access to highway.

This was a business trip so it was a place to stay, but not very clean. The pool and hot tub needed some cleaning also. This had to be the worst place I have ever stayed in.

The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioning is a little noisy. Other than that everything else was fine.
