Perfect hotel for the money,
Nothing special, just a great place to lay your head. In a pretty good part of town, much cleaner and better part of town than the other motel 6 in joliet. Good price.

Was dissapointed
I went to check in and they did not have rooms available. They did not have a room available until two hours after 2pm wich is check in time.

cheap, but dangerous
The types of people staying at this hotel appear dangerous (at least the night I was there) "Gangsters", drunks and more were the majority, but I should have known since it was one of the cheaper places in the area. I got there with my family and just went straight to the room and locked the door. The room was clean however and no problems there. Noise transferred well from other rooms and things did not quite down until at least 11pm. I don't think I would stay there again.

Smoky Motel 6
We were late so had to check in after hours- only one clerk on duty and there was a line so it took over 20 minutes to check in. We had specifally reserved a "non-smoking" room but there were none available. Our room was drenched in the stench of cigarette smoke. In fact, the entire floor we were on smelled like it. It was strong enough that our clothes smelled like it when we left the next morning, and we were only there for approx. 6 hours.

Never will return to this Motel!
I would of enjoyed staying except Im very disappointed with it overall..I came on vacation & expected to sleep in late and the Motel Cleaning Ladies were constantly harassing me early in the morning..The Desk Clerk kept giving me the run around as to why my room was only cleaned 2 times the whole week I stayed! Had to go get my own clean towels..

Dining and shopping was right there beside you as well as gas stations. Close drive into the city of Chicago.

Inexpensive and basic
It was fine. Very basic room but also very inexpensive. The only complaint was a motorcycle kept reving its motor right outside my window both evening and morning. Very annoying. When I checked in the woman at the desk was VERY NICE!
