Crash
Great stay
Traveled to Joliet for a one day seminar. Was greeted by a friendly desk clerk, promptly checked in and guided th the room. Apologies were in order for remodeling mess, but was promised room would be clean. IT WAS SPOTLESS!! Morning wake-up call was on time, breakfast was good. Same pleasant staff wished us well, and hoed we'd return. We will.

Good to rest your head at.
First night was great. Excellent customer service. Pool was nice. The second night...I wish I would have known before hand that teenage sports teams were staying the night. The staff was excellent in trying to keep the noise level down, however, it didn't work. Problems that I found important to me and my family didn't seem to matter to the staff at times. Not enough towels for the pool, allowing little ones to be in the hot tub. I almost felt like they didn't want to be confrontational to thier guests that were clearly not following rules/guidelines. Also, at 10:30am the day of check out the hotel ran out of hot water due to them filling the hot tub. Mind you check out is at noon. This wasn't the worst hotel...but we have stayed in better hotels. It was enough for what we needed I suppose.

I was there to attend a funeral during a winter blizzard. The hotel was excellent at clearing snow, & keeping place warm & friendly

Amazingly clean hotel w/ wonderful staff
I made reservations at the last minute and was not expecting much since there was a race in town. I was guessing that it was going to be a not so nice hotel since they actually had a room available 3 days before the race. I called to confirm my reservations the night before travel and was treated wonderfully. As soon as we pulled up I was impressed as the grounds were immaculate. We arrived early and our room was already ready for us. The lobby and our room were spotless. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had breakfast the next morning before leaving. There was a nice selection of foods and the kitchen area was also extremely clean. There was staff on hand at all times keeping things clean and in order. Overall, I was very impressed and will stay there again and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Clean and comfortable
Rooms were clean and well fitted for mid range lodging. Continental breakfast was better than average.
