Great
The staff was great, great free breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub all for less than $70 a night. How can you beat that? Less than 40 minutes from downtown Chicago with an easy drive, we will stay here from now on when we come to Chicago.

Joliet get away
Had to be moved to differant room ac not workind,Room we moved to was same as lAST TIME.refrig still didn't work.pool was broke down.did't come back in service till day we left.Other than that I guess it seved purpose.

Very good place, comfortable and relaxing.
Comfortable, peaceful, very close to our concert. The night Manager, Bill was exceptional, wonderful and helpful. The microwave didn't work and no one cleaned our room on Thursday, got clean towels from Bill. Hallway on our floor was very hot, these are small things, overall it was a great place to stay.

Great hotel experience
We stayed at the Best Western in Joliet, IL on Enterprise Rd. The room was clean and the service/host was excellent. We'd stay there again.

refrigerators didn't work very good in the two rooms we had.we had to throw some food away.the carpet had stains and cigarette burns in certain area's like people had grease or oilly shoes.Toilets seemed really low.but other than that it was pretty good.I would stay there again.nice pool,confortable beds.staff very polite.good breakfast

Quiet, family friendly. had everything
I went to the Pinks all out. This was convenient also to family that visited me. Staff was friendly. Even other guests were friendly and helpful. It was a good experience and I would stay again. Close to restaurants. Very nice.
