Excellent Shuttle Services
Very good hotel with excellent shuttle services to & from Airport, train station, meetings & even malls. This service alone makes it worthwhile. The shuttle drivers were great. We did not have to rent a car for our 3 nights stay. The rooms were neat and we enjoyed the shower massage too.

Church Conference
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and it was very nice. For some reason, it seem like the hotel dresser was small than I remember, if it is the norm it is too small for 2 people staying for several days. I took notice that the computer room now has several computers which is an upgrade from 2010. A major drawback is that the hotel shuttle does not provide service to the Midway airport.

Convenient business trip
My choices of rooms close to the work location were here or downtown. Here there were no issues (or charges) with parking. Had I been staying long enough to go to dinner I might have pick something downtown but that with not the case. At the time the room was booked I did not know if it would be one night or two. I got my work done in one day so only stayed one night. I had to pay for two night because of the way this process works.

Dirty room! Rude staff!
My check in time for the hotel was at 3:00PM, but I did not arrive until 9:00PM. When I got there, I got my room key and walked to the room... I walked in, and it was a complete disaster. There were towels on the floor, the bed was a mess and it just wasn't clean. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic, but I arrived 6 hours later than check in time. There is no excuse as to why my room was a mess. The next day when I asked to speak with the manager, the front desk staff was very rude. The manager lied to my face about the hotel policy and didn't even care that the first room was a mess. AND! they didn't even provide a complimentary breakfast! It was like $10.00 a plate I would never recommend this hotel to anybody- even those going there for business purposes. There is a hotel right next to it, which I'm sure, provides much better service.
