Good location for Naval Base Graduations
This hotel was clean and quiet. We were in Illinois to see our son graduate from Navy Boot Camp. Its a few miles away from Naval Station but there are lots of restaurants amenities in the area. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. If your going to the Naval Graduation make sure you leave in plenty of time there is very heavy traffic once you get close to the Navy Base and street drops down from 2 lanes into 1.

La Quinta Gurnee
Stayed here after an enjoyable day at Six Flags. The hotel was pretty nice. The breakfast was pretty good but was definitely crowded. We were there fourth of July weekend though so I guess this is to be expected. Bottom line: reasonably priced hotel close to Six Flags that is well kept.

TRAVELING KIDS AND FAM
TERRIBLE LUMPY BEDS
TERRIBLE!!! BUMPY BEDS... NASTY BATHROOMS.. YUCK!!! POOLS HAD FLOATING HAIR.. ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS THE BREAKFAST AND THE LOCATION. THE OUTSIDE WAS OUTSTANDING BUT THE HOTEL ROOM WAS TERRIBLE.. THERE WAS PUBIC HAIR IN THE TUB BEFORE WE EVEN GOT IN IT. JUST NASTY. VERY CROWDED.. I WOULD NOT GO BACK.

LLa Quinta Inn
The hotel was very grungy. I was grossed by the carpeting and overall dirty feeling. The room was dark with tattered curtains. The pool area was great. The kids want to swim, and that is all they need. The breakfast was really poor. The good news is, there is a Cracker Barrel and other little places to eat right across the parking lot. The staff was very nice.

Location was great
Hotel location was a high priority for my trip amd La Quinta is located very close to the highway and the mall. The continental breakfast is a morning timesaver.

La Quinta Inn AND Suites Chicago Gurnee
I was very disappointed. I just stayed overnight but in that short period of time, I was never able to take a shower due to the water being cold. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and figuring the water was cold due to a number of people using it at the same time. But when I got up at 3am to take a shower, the water was still cold. Even though it is close to Gurnee, I probably will never return.
