KeyLime Cove Resort Waterpark

I have never experienced such bad service. The people from the hotel walked in my room 3times on one occasion me and my daughter was changing into our swimsuits. They were rude and didnt care about violating my privacy.

I'm not 100% sure who's fault but my reservation shows only two guest (I went with wife two children) I knew it when I tried check up.It might my missing but I'm sure I did right but how I can prove it?. They requeired extra money each $30 per person and total $60. Room they gave us two queen size bed but it didn't have tub only shower. Room temperature was too cold an dry so we called desk and they said someone send to the room but it never happend. ammenity was good compare to others but we don't want to stay again.

We stayed there because of the water park and how close it was to Six Flags. The rooms are nice and clean. The water park was good. The food at the hotel was really bad!!! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance from the hotel -- I suggest you eat at these. Not really worth the price.

We stayed at Key Lime Cove for my daughter's 10th birthday. The kids loved it. The hotel room was clean and nicely decorated. There are enough life guards to let your older kids loose to play on their own at the waterpark. The game room/casino was lots of fun but fairly expensive. I only let the kids have $20 worth of tokens to share across 3 of them. It kept them busy for about 30 minutes. The only real problem that we had was the food. None of it was very good and it was extremely expensive.

The hotel is very well maintained. It was a bit crowded, but even with that many people it felt clean.

We only stayed one night but had some bad experience in the water park. The water is supposed to be at 84 degrees but it was that only in the Lazy River. The remainder of the park the water was cold! The lifeguards seemed not to like there jobs to much and spent more time talking amongst themselves than getting people down the waterslides in a timely fashion.

aside from the little tot pool, there was not much to do for little kids. there also wad no place to actually swim. also ... the quality of the pool food and hotel restaurant was not that great.

I was pleased with the location of our room. The staff were nice but didn't have great customer service skills, perhaps they should be more friendly. The food was poor quality. The only thing they had that was awesome was their funnel fries. Oh man... They were good. We had a good time with my girls. They enjoy our mini vacation. One last thing , at check out time, I was pleased that everything was taking care of. Thank you.

We just spent the Christmas eve at Keylime Cove. It was our first time there. The room was huge. The water park is not as big as the ones in Dells, but the water temp was warm. This is the thing we like the most. My little girl really had a good time there. We had problem with the toilet, however, the room service came right away and fixed the toilet for us in no time.

Food - reasonably priced. Food good on Sunday but burnt pizza and cheeseburger for Monday. Ice Cream Parlor was not open and that was a big bummer for us! Amenities of waterpark and arcade - great Room - wasn't ready when we arrived and we had to wait. We were there at 5:00 and rooms are normally available after 4:00?? Room was overall good except too close to Candy store and Housekeeping and Elevators. Not sure why they had to put us there when there was only 30% occupancy. Would have preferred a quieter area...
