Best Western in Gurnee
Everything was great until I tried to use their WIFI. The signal was very weak and I could not access the web pages I needed to. I got a stronger signal from the hotel next door. I was very impressed by their clean remote for the TV. I never before thought about just how dirty the remote could be.

The Gurnee Mall area has nearly every resturant you can think of nearby. If you can't find something you like, you are way too picky.

Fantastic family getaway
This was my second stay at this hotel Istayed there in 0ct of this year becuse it is 10 min from six flags . All your eating area is 10 min all shopping is 1o min away the staff is great its pet friendly because i dont trevel without my yorkie. BReafast is great .I ALWAYS get the suites .The beds are comfort rooms are clean its a great place to stay rates are easy on your pocket i stay a week so thats important

It definately met our needs.
We enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was a little small, but we still enjoyed it. Everything was pretty clean, found the elevator a little dirty..Rooms were nice and clean. Overall we completely enjoy our stay there.!

Needs power plan
We were there during a power outage. The hotel staff was polite, but did little to aid us in getting into our room as they "couldn't do anything without power." Wish they would have comped us as we couldn't use the pool, the weight room, the continental breakfast, or any power the entire stay. I know it's not their fault. Just wish they would have done something to make the situation better for us. Would tell friends about this place as a good location and good price... If there is power.

Best Western Gurnee Hotel & Suites
I went to a Wedding which was very nice. The Hotel was very nice and clean and everyone was so was great. I love it will go there again. All of my trips to Chicago is great. There was nothing missing or at least I couldn't tell.

getaway momma
Family Getaway
My family visited this hotel for a weekend vacation to enjoy the pool and some r&r. We rented two King with sofa sleeper rooms. The rooms where non-smoking but one was wreaking of cigarette smoke. I let the front desk know right away, but it really wasnot a deal breaker because I neede this weekend. The pool was heated but seemed a bit dirty and so was the spa. The rooms were nice but the bath tub a bit small. The staff was curtious and complimentary breakfast was a great end to our stay. Overall the stay was pleasurable but would of enjoyed better without previously mentioned problems. Nothing special here would definately try another hotel before returning.

Will stay again!!
It was very close to the mall and places to eat. Breakfast was very good, like how it's different everyday. Pool was closed for cleaning but next day was open. I have stayed here before and will again in the future!

Best Western Gurnee
Room setup was nice. The pool was way too hot to work out in. The jacuzzi was good though. Big shopping center really close with movie theater etc.

Best Western
The staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was a very nice selection and refilled readily. The proximaty to the 6 Flags park and quick eating choices was perfect. We truly appreciate the 2 quenn/full beds plus a hide-a-bed couch.
