Motel 6 Chicago North Glenview

I was traveling to visit a friend and I needed an affordable place to stay. I chose this location because it was affordable and just a 2 minute drive to my friend's place. The heat index was at 110 or higher all 3 days of my trip, but my room was always cool. The A/C worked wonderful. The hallways were stuffy, but I really only left my room to go outside anyways, so it didn't bother me. The location was wonderful, just a few minutes drive in any direction and I had plenty of shopping and eating options. There wasn't anything fancy about it, I do admit that, but it was definitely worth the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Went to United Center found room online and would recommend-

The staff was friendly and the location worked for our short visit. The smoke-smelling hallways, and less than clean room left a bad taste (literally)! Also, the queen sized bed seemed small.

We checked in the hotel which, took forever because the "computer system" was acting up. Then finally get a key and go to the room to relax, and open the door to another couple also trying to relax. Then headed straight to the front desk. They tried to tell us it was a mix up, and would ask the other couple to move to another room, and we could be in our room in a couple of minutes. I don't know about you but don't want a room some one else has stayed in with out it being cleaned. So they finally just gave us a new room. When we finally got our new room, the air conditioning unit leaked water on the floor, the hot water was just barley warm and bed was very uncomfortable. Never been so glad to go home after vacation in my life!

my room didnt have any tissue, and the tv didnt work the whole time i was there. i told the staff and they blamed it on the weather and it wasnt raining!!!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The only problem was the noise level. I was able to hear the guest next door as if the were in the same room as myself. Overall, I would give it another try in the future.

The room was very clean quiet and spacious. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. They gave me directions and tips and had many flyers of things to do in the area.I will be back to this location.

It was like I would picture a prison cell. And the floors had not carpet, but this wood-linoleum stuff that felt like it was coated in grease. The hotel was supposed to be nonsmoking, but patrons in rooms down the hall were smoking the entire time. There was food crumbs on the sheets and the whole experience made us feel like we needed to shower just by being there. We went looking for ice, and the lady at the desk didn't understand what that meant.

This hotel was a "last pinch" effort. We were stranded in Chicago after a missed flight and the Orbitz employee told us this had a high rating so we chose it. We gave it a chance. However, it was absolutely disgusting. I opened the first bed to see the sheets did not look extremely clean. I tried to ignore this and decided to check how the other bed was. When I opened the sheets for the second bed, there were several small BLOOD STAINS and what looked like FLAKES of skin. It was the most disgusting thing I have seen at a hotel. We decided to sleep in the first bed, and just keep ourselves as clothed as possible! Check out was rather friendly however there was a slight communication barrier. But overall, just "yuck", and definitely stay away from this hotel.

I was very pleased.The hotel throughout was very clean.It was in a very good area.There were many restaraunts and even a mall.It was about 15-20 minutes to downtown Chicago depending on traffic.It wasn't a large room but it suited our purpose perfectly.I would definitly stay here again.The price was perfect as well.
