does not look like the pictures that they show on line. very run down. you hear everything in the room next to you.

The customer service is so rude they charged my credit card like 3 times and wont refund till I mail them my bank statement. After you charge me 3 times I am the one who has to go through that ? So not professional , couldnt helped me as well just the worst hotel. THE 3 STARS THEY HAVE IS GARBAGE OLD ROOMS SMELL LIKE DEAD DIRTY ROOM DIRTY HOTEL CHEAP BREAKFAST JUST THE WORST WORST EXP EVER SAM

We wish there's been advance notice of the restaurant's being closed. The staff was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated the enclosed courtyard. We traveled with a service animal and it was a great place to exercise her. Thankyou - we'll be back!

Shower head barely spit out any water, was like standing in the rain when it was sprinkling. Staff was friendly and answered questions gracefully. Pool was really nice, as was the hot tub. Bed was really terrible, the sheets came off by just laying in it, and you could feel the springs in your back when laying down.

I had an opportunity to stay at Ramada O'Hare. It was not really impressive except the way how the employees were acting. They were very nice and inspiring me in various ways.

everything is too old, the AC was too old to cold down the room. Bad service. felt worse than motel.

First of all they said we did not have a reservation and so they charged us twice for the room. We had to have them cancel one charge later after we got [...]involved. They advertise a shuttle to the airport but we had to take a taxi due to the shuttle not being full. We had to wait for the shuttle at the airport and in the end had to take a taxi. The motel staff do not try to help resolve problems. We will not stay there again.

The hotel seemed very run-down on the inside and outside. Check in was difficult...somehow all of my information was wrong in their system. Once we checked into the room, we noticed a strong musky smell like wet laundry had been sitting out. Water was also dripping from the bathroom sink. After complaining to the front desk, we changed rooms only to be even more dissatisfied. The second room did not have the king bed we ordered and strongly smelled of smoke. We immediately asked the front desk to just cancel the room altogether. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Because we booked with Orbitz, we were told no refrigerator unless we paid $10. per nite, (Stayed 6 nites, forget it!) room location other end of hotel, so my laptop couldn't pick up a connection, too far away. Hotel 3/4 of rooms empty, not a good sign. Dumpsters outside hotel overflowing, upkeep of outside grounds, weeds & uncut grass. Smoke alarm missing in the room, bare wires hanging from wall. Stained linens; left note regarding smoke alarm & soiled linens, taken care of next day. Waited 1 1/2 hrs. for pick up at airport (hotel 20 minutes away).

It was a fairly nice hotel. A lot of things were out of order. Outside looks rough. Pool area is gorgeous. Elevators kind of creepy. Room was nice. Small beds. It was a perfect hotel and rate for four college students.
