Arrived in the later evening. Room was not super clean. The bedspreads left much to the imagination. The hallways were noisy. The tv's were old and dated. Counter clerks were kind.

Great, Relaxing Weekend Spot
My experience was fair at this hotel. Only had one incident where the staff left herself into my room but she was very apologetic. The bed was awesome! Very clean.

Very reasonable price-but
The room was clean and the front desk staff were pleasant. The air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy, and would probably not be a good match for someone who is a light sleeper. I wasn't expecting a complimentary continental breakfast so that was a surprize, and a broad selection of choices.

Don't Stay Here!
This was a dreadful experience. While the room was clean (bed and decor need revamping), I had a bad experince with the staff. I was "checked out" automatically because I rode the shuttle with my teenagers I was putting on a plane overseas. When I returned, my keys wouldn't work, and one of our adjoining rooms was completely cleaned out. The maid, who spoke NO English, did not admit to having anything from the room. But when I insisted that there was at least a pair of Rayban sunglasses left in there, she slowly pulled them out. The manager was polite but completely defended her. I will have to wait until the kids get home from Peru to see if they are missing anything else.

Major Misrepresentation
It was 9pm and my daughter and I got stranded in Chicago because we missed our connecting flight. I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle and it said it was within walking distance of mall and restraunts. Turns out it was a mile up a busy 4 lane highway with no sidewalks that I could see. It also said it had a bar/lounge that turned out to be a door with a window by the lobby that wasnt even open because there were not enough people staying at the hotel so the girl went home. Needless to say my daughter and I did not get supper that night. They also said that the airport shuttle ran every 1/2 hr. Come to find out that is IF the driver isnt driving the van for another hotel. It was also a 20 min ride from the hotel to the airport. The room was clean but needs updating badly. Next time I will just book thru my work website and pay the extra to stay at the holiday inn.
