system overbooked, hotel was full when I got there even with reservation
I have traveled everywhere and used this site many times but this is the first bad experience. I got there at 2 and was told that the system some how over book the motel and they don't have any more room. After scrambling among themselves they have me a room that is so bad that they themselves said that wouldn't normally gave out. No comforter, no pillow, broken door, such dirty room but I didn't have a choice. I feel like I need a refund in this trip! !!!!!!

Cheap O'Hare hotel
Half hour drive from downtown Chicago, close to O'Hare. Pretty good value if you're just looking for a warm, comfortable place to sleep after a day/night out.

Good deal in peak season
We stayed four days to visit Chicago using public transportation. We were pushed out of downtown because of forbidding room prices and this hotel was a decent compromise. Take Pace bus 223 to Rosemont and the Blue Line train to downtown. Altogether 90 minutes if you're lucky with the schedule, also weekends and late hours. The receptionist was very helpful when we inquired about this. The motel has a typical layout, a bit too economical room design, no free wifi. It's at a busy intersection in an industrial-commercial neighborhood, with a few fast food restaurants in a 300 m radius.

Not all we expected
Less than perfect
If you plan to use this motel, be sure to bring your own clock, shampoo and hair dryer. They gave us soap and towels, period.
