Hotel didn't have the type of room saved as I had reserved. Clerk never said a thing, just gave me something available. Somewhat noisy, thin walls. Computer in lobby broke.

Good but in the wrong directions
Hotel was very nice what is totally the opposite way of Chicago. $30.00 cab ride just to get to airpoirt.

fantastic for shopping
i was in vacation for 16 day close by woodfield mall near by the 290 highway , quiet neighborhood , there was some restaurant around, the room was clean, the bed sheet was used up, and was missing small cooler . the staff some of them were rude. it worth the price.

Good rest getaway
Good stay for the value we paid. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is a bit far from downtown, but we had a car so it wasnt a problem. I recommend this hotel.

Great stay for the price
No bells-and-whistles luxury to be sure, but clean and quiet and convenient for the price. I will stay again in future visits. Continental breakfast could have been a little more elaborate, but all in all a good value.

Not a bad stay.
This hotel gave me what I expected, the room was clean and simple, all the furniture pieces matched and was newly painted. Although beside the highway, the room was very quiet. The front desk people were helpful and pleasant.

Did the job.
We stayed two nights, one before our trip and one after. Service was good and everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We had to check in late, so I called a few days before to make sure they would reserve our rooms, and they were more than happy to do so and actually followed through! The room was pretty standard but clean. The only complaint I had was on the second night we stayed the elevator door was jammed to our floor so we had to walk up the stairs, but it was fixed by 8 am the next morning when we left. Overall, it was a good place to rest but not much more than that.

Short walk from hotel
If you like Chinese food, there is an AWESOME takeout place in the strip mall next to the hotel. We took the suggestion from the guy working at the front desk and we were disappointed that we couldn't go again on our second night because we didn't end up getting to the hotel until 3 am because of delays.
