This hotel is a truly good value.
The studio suite was just right for 3 women. It was so clean and there were awesome touches like fancy folded towels, and plenty of pillows. The breakfast buffet satisfied, and the beds were comfortable. (Even the sleeper sofa:) The only reasons I couldn't give it 5 stars are that the bathroom door hit the front of the toilet, and the hot tub's jets were sporadic. The service was good. Probably the most consistently nice group we encountered on our Chicago visit.

Check the train schedules, Metra and CTA Rail before you leave the hotel. If you are unfamiliar with the area, take the hotel's shuttle to the airport and use the Rail system. Metra trains only run on the hour except during rush hour and you might find yourself waiting the entire hour because the trains don't wait. Even if you are purchasing your ticket when they close the doors.

Fantastic hotel for the price
I've traveled a lot. I've stayed at one-star dives, and four-star hotels, and everything in between. Considering what I pre-paid, my expectations weren't very high... ...But this hotel was great! Nice little lobby, friendly & helpful staff. Very nice rooms with tasteful modern decore. Small but surprisingly good hot breakfast buffet. I didn't use the excercise facility but I heard another guest raving about how great it was. The downside of this hotel is the location -- it's in-between all of Chicago's major attractions, but not particularly close to any of them (other than being 10-15 minutes from O'Hare). But if you like a bargain as much as I do, this hotel is probably worth the drive. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!

What a treat this was!
When the desk clerk found out it was going to take 30 minutes for a cab to get there for us, she immediately offered us a ride there in the hotel "bus"

Easy parking. Attached banquet hall (went for a wedding). Weak breakfast. Clean rooms. Good price. Wi-fi only works on 1st & 2nd floors. It does not work on the 3rd floor at all.

Convenient
Attended a wedding next store at the Belvedere, which made it really convenient for getting ready, no designated driver needed and no waiting in line for the bathroom. We went to the bar across the parking lot on the other side of the hotel for drinks after the wedding, again - really convenient to our hotel. Just walked back and up to our rooms. Met everyone downstairs in the morning for an excellent continential breakfast, slightly different options every morning - waffles were yummy. We were able to get to and from the airport without getting on the freeway - convenient again. AC worked well and water pressure was great. I would stay there again !
