Can't believe nothing was done!!!!!!!
We changed rooms so we could have a jacuzzi, we paid extra for this, the jacuzzi did NOT work, we called the desk they came up and could not get it to work. The phone beside the bed did not work, the light beside the bed did not work. Tried to use the refrigerator and the freezer worked but not the bottom of the unit. The next morning when we went down to breakfast at 9:40 there wasn't any gravy or biscuits left and they just said sorry. All in all I feel our money should have been refunded since we definitely did not get what we paid for. I would not stay there again since nothing was done to help us out, we have family in the area and would have liked to find a hotel that would be more in tune to their customers needs. If everything worked it would have been great but seriously, the jacuzzi, phone, lamp, refrigerator, breakfast !!!!! We were in room 202.

Not Applicable
If you are going to Black and Tan Days, this is a good place to stay. It is a little distance from Flora, but it will give you a nice place to rest with several restaurants close by and a Wal-Mart.
