1) The hotel is ideally located adjacent to restaurants, Starbucks, highway, etc. 2) The desk staff had my after-hours reservation materials at the ready. 3) Despite an after-hours arrival, both the coffee/tea bar and cookie dispenser were loaded for guests/new arrivals. 4) Both the lobby and front desk were clean and nicely decorated for Valentine's Day. 5) When I experience difficulty with the business office's fax machine, the lobby representative immediately volunteered to run my 18 pages of faxes from her desk's fax machine. 6) When I needed directions to points of interest, the lobby representative provided me with TWO maps and detailed directions. 7) Both the desk representatives and the cleaning/maintenance staff were friendly and outgoing. 8) My room and the corridors leading to it were clean, kempt, and quiet. 9) I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Weekend in Effingham
Wedding planning...wake up call phone system inoperative; had to visit the desk. Maid removed half used shampoo and failed to replace. Ecology memos were ignored by the staff...I left towels on rack for 'no replacement' and they were replaced. Not a problem for guests but it makes you wonder who is supervising...

Well done scrambled doesn't mean browned..it means cooked to dry---not gooie. My well -done scrambled eggs looked like a hamburger.

Fantastic
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The food at the restaurant was as good as any I have eaten in New York City. The bartender was very helpful, nice but not intrusive. My room was top notch. I had a wonderful evening at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!!!
I stayed in the Hilton because I attended a wedding reception at the Convention Center attached to the hotel. I found both the hotel and the center to be very nice, clean, spacious, with great service. THere is also many places to dine and a Super Walmart within walking distance. The hotel also has convenient interstate access. Would definitly stay there again if in the area!
