Great Location
Professional staff. My wife and I stayed for a night. When we went out for dinner our little puppy got home sick, so the person at the front desk gave us a call so we could come and make it easier for the dog and our neighbors

Clean room and convenient location.
If you need an inexpensive place to stay just outside Chicago for the night this is the place. Room and bathroom were very clean, staff was friendly, and it is located near a ton of restaurants, convenience stores, and anything else you would need. Plus its a quick shot to downtown Chicago by car.

Excellent value
Had an elevator which I appreciate. Great location next to several restaurants. Very comfortable with nice amenities - Wall Street Journal in the morning, very nice room, etc. Only negative was getting to it. You have to make a left into the Brazilian rest. as you turn off of Butterfield. Can't legally get into their parking lot if you miss it and come from the other way.

Brazilian restaurant next door is excellent if you are comfortable spending $45 for a meal (all you can eat).

Nice place to stay
A friend came to visit me from Wisconsin and we went to see live music in Chicago. Instead of my friend driving back to Wisconsin we decided to get a room for the evening. It was nice to have a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Other than hallway noises that could be heard until 2 am, this place is good to stay in because of the free breakfast and clean rooms available.

Great hospitality
I was visiting Midwestern University and chose this hotel for my stay. The staff was very courtious and helpful. They offered a shuttle to transport me to the University and to store my luggage until later in the day. They were wonderful.

There was one problem-I ordered Chinese takeout from a recommended nearby restaraunt and got a horrible case of food poisoning. I was sick enough that I had to delay my return trip by one day. I would strongly recommend you not eat Chinese food.
