Easy access from the airport. The manager was very accessible and friendly but the front desk staff did not seem happy working there. They seemed more enthusiastic to shoot down your questions or requests even before we could begin to ask them.

Check-in process was somewhat slow. Room was clean except small stains on comforter (mustard??). All rooms have a sleepnumber bed. Within a short (<5 min) drive to Rosemont CTA Metro station on the Blue Line providing easy access to all stops in downtown Chicago. Convenient walking distance to Allstate Arena. Many food choices nearby (Longhorn, Subway, Chipotle, Culvers, Chilis, etc...). Hotel was quiet and completely smoke free. I would stay here again.

Just OK
My boyfriend and I came from Los Angeles for a wedding, also to visit some of his family. We arrived after 11PM to the hotel. We had requested a King size bed and no more were available. We didnt have a choice but to take a room with 2 full size beds. My boyfriend is 6'4" and not a small man. The beds were not sleep number(I thought all the beds were). The first night was not very comfortable. The next morning we were able to switch rooms fortunately. We didnt have enough towels that night and when I called for housekeeping I was told they were gone for the night and never asked what I needed. The next morning it took over 30 minutes for them to bring towels. We love the Radisson in Los Angeles but I doubt if we will ever stay there again in Chicago.

Good value, some improvements in progres
Nice room setup with good size LCD TV, sleep number bed and the usual nice Radisson toiletries. Hotel is showing a bit of it's age but it appears they are updating rooms and other areas. There was work going on during my stay but only during daytime hours and none of it was disturbing.

Radisson at O'Hare
Closer to a low budget hotel. Very noisy. Room was clean. Free WiFi. Nice breakfast buffet. Free airport shuttle.

standard hotel
We used the hotel as an overnight stop arriving from the airport around 1.00 am using the free shuttle bus, a great help at 1.00 am. Booking in was rather backed up at that time and somehow the hotel managed to offer us a room that when we stumbled in with our baggage we found was already occupied !!!!How could that happen ??? A very frightening situation for the occupant and embarrasing for us. The eventual room was fine with space to drop our travel packs and shower before sinking into comfortable beds. The breakfast (not included in tarrif) was varied and reasonably priced.

Overall good stay
Overall, a pretty good experience. Stayed at this Radisson for a wedding. Nothing special. Clean. Quiet.
