Ramada Limited Decatur IL

The room was big and fairly clean. The bed was hard as a rock though, and it was hard to sleep. The breakfast was pretty good, and the pool was open late. Things went pretty well for our first and second mornings there. But, on the third morning, we received not one but two unsolicited wake-up calls. The maid also started banging on the door at 10am, 2 hours prior to check out, despite the fact that the "do not disturb" sign was on the door. On that final morning, the toilet also stopped working. I do have to say the front desk staff was very friendly when I was checking out and reported these problems.

Room was a moderate size - about what you would expect. However, the bathroom smelled of mildew, and the front door was missing the security chain. The outside doors for access to the stairwell on either side of the building had card readers, but were never locked. I probably would not stay here again as there are several other choices in the area to choose from. This is not one of the nicer motels I have stayed in. On a positive note, the Staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was a hit with my 16 year old.

location is great. the rooms have a bad smell the pool water was cold the coffee its really bad the same with the orange juice and there was flies all over the breakfast tables so it was not a good experience for me...

Great experience. Good accommodations but a little off the road.

No one ever at front desk. outside smoking. smoking room was like a pool hall with windows that did not open and no ventilation. heated pool was 70 degrees. hot tub was 80. thats not a hot tub. no hot water until 4 pm. no alarm clock in room. no where to sit outside. blankets and comforters had many burn holes. walls had holes and ceiling leaked. very bad experience. checked out after first night. felt unsafe. told by locals it was a hotel for prostitution. will never stay at a ramada again.

was not clean, the room and the swimming pool smell bad, not good breakfast qulity, not friendly staff, poor room service, I do not recommed and iI will not stay in it again

WHEN WE GOT IN ARE ROOM IT SMELT AND ON ARE ICE BUCKET IT WAS DIRTY. THE COVERS SMELT LIKE THEY WERE NOT CHANGED. WE DID GET THEM CHANGED FOR THE NEXT NIGHT THEY CLEANED THE ROOM LIKE WE ASKED. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT MY KIDS LOVED WHAT THEY HAD. MY KIDS,HUSBAND AND I DIDN'T LIKE THE POOL AREA AT ALL. THE STAFF IN THE MORNING WAS NICE.

Quiet, clean, convenient location. Well stocked continental breakfast.

It was nice and quiet. Able to get to friends houses without driving too far. Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Don't use indoor pools. One couple in the hot tub made you not want to use it after them, too much touching for public. Lots of restraunts int he area.

It was a nice quiet hotel nothing Fancy but enjoyable.
