Amazing views!
We arrived at the hotel to find they had provided us a complimentary upgrade to a spa room - which was priced less than our deluxe king with a city view. We weren't sure it was an upgrade and requested to see the room we had not been given. Indeed it was an upgrade! The view we had put us directly over the river, with a slight glance of Navy Pier, and we could see the Lake as well. We thought the bathroom was nicer as well, and never missed the kitchen! The staff was amazing, and the location suited our needs perfectly!

Wow, Simply Wow!
Spent a Saturday night with my fiancee. In a 90+ story building our room was on the 14th floor and still was blown away. We faced the city with the lake in the back looking down on Michigan Ave.. The room was huge, bed incredibly soft. Price was a bit high but was incredible all around.

I want to live here!
I loved everything about this hotel! The only reason I rated the location a 4 instead of a 5 is because in the past I have stayed at other 5 star hotels that were more north . I liked that location better for shopping purposes only. I will definitely stay here again! The spa floor was fantastic. Stay here! You won't regret it!

Trump Chicago will not disappoint!
My fiance and I went away for a long weekend and decided to stay at the Trump Hotel in Chicago. We absolutely loved it from the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. The service was top notch. The rooms were amazingly clean and had any amenity you could imagine. The beds super comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. We don't have one negative thing to say about it! We loved it and plan on staying there again!

You must, must, must try Paisano's Pizza!!! There are a few locations but wewent to the one near all of the restaurants on State Street. There is also one in The Loop Area which is is in the Financial district. Gino's was recommended which we tried but skip it and go to paisano's. Amazing thin crust pizza!!!!!!!! Yummy!!!! If you look it up you'll see they were on the Oprah show as well as USA Today and many other media outlets! My fiance wants to go back to Chicago because of this pizza! The lady who makes the crust is 85 years old and comes in every morning to make it. She will not let anyone who works there know her recipe (I tried to find out as well but with no success)! I don't blame her. It's amazing!

Trump Internaional was great. It was almost perfect. The only issue I had was that the thermostats in the rooms are for decoration only and you must call an engineer to change the temperature. The temp must be changed in their control room, so don't wait around for the AC to kick in or you will be sorely disappointed. I sorted that issue the first night and the rest of the stay was extremely nice. This is the service everyone talks about about, but is rarely see in practice.

Great hotel, staff and location. Only way it could have been better is if the weather was warmer. That's what you get when you travel to Chicago in January.

Weekend Retreat
We visit Chicago on a regular basis. This was our first experience at Trump International. We felt so spoiled. They do not overlook one detail. We enjoyed the nightly turn down service that included a box of chocolates and bottles of water. We also ordered the breakfast room service, and it was fantastic and very timely. It will be hard for us to stay anywhere else! we would highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel & location
Very nice hotel. Modern, clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Location just off Michigan Avenue is perfect- close to shopping, restaurants and all the action. Didn't get an opportunity to use the Spa, but the room, restaraunt and bar were all first class. It is not the most economical hotel, but I plan to stay there on my next trip to Chicago.

One night in the city
My wife and I were looking for a quick trip into the city for a massage and dinner at Moto. We decided to splurge on the Trump because of its location and 5-stars. The hotel is impressive and polished no doubt. The spa is OK - kinda sprawling and somewhat less equipped than a Vegas brand. We both found the massages to be quite a bit lesser in quality than a Ritz or Vegas offering. Overall the place is nice with high standards, super clean facilities, and superb location. With that said it is overpriced and at least a half notch below Ritz-Carlton standards.
