Chicago Cubs weekend
Willows is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of shopping, restaurants, and a little over a mile away from Wrigley Field. The staff was fantastic. Erin and many of the staff (names unknown), went above and beyond in assisting us with a cab when our scheduled cab was unable to get there. I would definitely stay at Willows again.

Quaint, quiet and perfect place for a weekend in Lakeview / Lincoln Park. Parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel, complete with in/out privileges as many times as needed. Fun Spring Break Destination
3 friends and I traveled to Chicago to see the sights and attractions for spring break. Our train arrived before normal check-in time, but the staff were very friendly when I called and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The hotel was in a nice location, Lincoln Park, about a 30 minute bus ride from the Loop and Downtown area. Lots of restaurants and entertainment in the area. The hotel had a small chain, homey feel, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Could not have asked for better
Upon arriving, the young man at the desk, John, couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and thorough. He knew a lot about the area and how to best get where we were going. The room was plenty big and the bathroom was spotless and also of good size. I definitely will be coming back to this hotel the next time I have occasion to go to Chicago!

Amazing Location, but basically average.
This hotel was pretty dated and small, but we only needed to sleep and shower there. This was absolutely the best location for my first visit to Chicago. It was in the Lincoln Park area of North Chicago, and it had a lot of buses going through, which was very convenient, as well as a train station 1/4 mile away. Me and my friend walked everywhere and used the CTA every chance we could get. I would stay here again because it was much nicer than a motel and in a Great area.

Great Weekend Getaway in a Fantastic Neighborhood!
Neighborhood is wonderful with many shops and great restaurants! The hotel is quaint and historic. The rooms have been renovated, but are definitely not "high end." The bed was comfortable, TV was new, wireless worked well and there was plenty of hot water for showering. Breakfast is very basic, but free! There is zero street parking in the Lincoln Park area, so plan on taking a cab. It's a long hike to the "L." Unload your baggage before you try to park your car as it's a long walk to the ramp in the back.. You can buy an "in-out" parking pass for $22/day or pay $17/ day with no "in-out" privileges when you check in. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Do not stay in room 118 as it is right across from the ice machine! Also, don't stay in one of the very small rooms at the end of the hallways (426 I think). We'd definitely stay at the Willows again! Lots and lots of very well-behaved young people in the area.
