Love the Westin
We had a wonderful stay! The friendly staff checked us into our room early. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. We were able to get our car on two occasions with only a two minute wait. We will always stay at the Westin, we love the location, 1 block from Watertower and great shopping.

Try the Restaurant/Bar at the top of the Hancock (95th or 96th floor) for a drink or a meal and some breath taking views!

Great Stay in Chicago
Great hotel, friendly and very clean. Location on Chicago's "Magnificent Mile" was perfect! Don't hesitate to stay at the Westin (909 N. Michigan - Chicago)!

Great location
Great location on Michigan Avenue. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. But doors close very loudly and are not fitted tightly so any noise in hallway can be heard in one's room. Be as far down the hall away from an elevator as possible.

GREAT LOCATION. VERY GOOD PRICE.
I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS. THE BEST THING IS THE LOCATION. THE ORBITZ PRICE WAS VERY GOOD. DID NOT USE THE AVAILBLE FACILITIES EXCEPT BREAKFAST DINING WHICH IS TYPICAL FOR US. THE HOTEL PARKING IS QUITE EXPENSIVE BUT NO MORE THAN OTHER HOTEL PARKING IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. THE ROOM WAS BETTER THAN I HAD EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE BUT WOULD STILL HAVE BEEN SATISFIED BECAUSE OF THE HOTEL QUALITY AND LOCATION. I KNEW THE ROOM WOULD BE OK FROM PRIOR VISITS THERE.

One of my best hotel stays
I haven't stayed in a Westin in forever (mostly because of price). The price was right this time around, and the hotel is as good as i remember westin's to be. Very clean room, extremely comfortable bed. Really close to MM shopping and Gino's East for pizza.

everything we expected
The front desk was fabulous. She set the tone for our stay. The room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The location of this Westin is great if you intend to go shopping. We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin and would definately recommend it.

great location
The Westin Michigan Ave was a perfect loctation to explore Chicago. The Hotel staff was not very helpful in terms of transportation or questions about sightseeing in Chicago, that was disappointing. The Restaurant in the Hotel was excellent!

Shopping on Michigan Ave.
We Loved the convenience to all the great stores and resturants. we could get everywhere on foot! The staff was wonderful and very informative. The Bed was great and the sheets were amazing. cant wait to bring my daughters downtown on a shopping spree! hope its soon.

Great hotel
It was a very good room. It had a big plasma TV, lots of channels (most hotels lacks a good variety of channels). A nice bed, ethernet and wireless internet access (I wish it was free at the room) if speed is a must. The room was very clean and I love the amount of pillows the beds had, just as home :) It was a bit expensive but it's still affordable considering the location and the commodities.

The Westin Michigan ...
The Westin Michigan Avenue was a very nice hotel in a great location-the gold coast and on the very edge of the magnificent mile shopping area. It was walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. We walked to Navy Pier which was probably at least 10 blocks. The next day we went back but took a taxi. The only negative thing that I could say about the hotel is that the rooms were on the small side. The price that we paid was very reasonable considering the location. I would stay there again.

Right across the street you will find the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant which we really liked and a small coffee shop call Le Appetitio (or something very similar) where you can get a hot breakfast-eggs,bacon or sausage, potatoes and toast for $5.00!!
