Great Hotel
Great location and a great price for where you located. Your just at the end of michigan ave great for walking up and down the strip. Your only up to 1 mile from everything, no more. No need for a taxi with this location.

Super Location for a Great Price!
I spent the July 4th weekend with my adult daughter. We absolutely enjoyed our hotel stay at the Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago. Hotel staff are professional and courteous. The hotel location, walks to restaurants, taxi cab/bus visit to the Art Institute of Chicago, walk to the Millenium Park, and walks for shopping trips were all great experiences in a clean, safe, and diverse area. We took a cab to the art institute and bus back to the hotel only because it was raining; otherwise, we would have walked. Also, we found many great shopping bargains in addition to the fantastic hotel price.

Chicago definitely has the best restaurants in the country. Walk by Rush Ave and any restaurant there will meet your expectations.

Getaway with my wife
Everything was great with the hotel except for the first night. A lot of people on our floor were making way too much noise late into the night. Called the front desk, they took care of it right away. The walls seemed way too thin also. This may sound funny but the doors to the rooms shut really loud. I heard doors shutting all night also. Aside from that, service was exceptional!! Great location, right next door to the Hancock tower!! A lot of great sights within walking distance.

Orbitz did not honor low price guarantee
Hotel was excellent but I will never book through Orbitz again, ended up costing us more than if we had booked directly through the hotel, and repeated attempts to get Orbitz to honor the lower price were fruitless.

Great location for price
We loved the location - very assessible to everything. Nice to have cabs always available. Bed was very comfortable and I liked the sheets and pillows (now always the case). We would definitely go back.

The boat tour on the Chicago River from the Navy Pier is delightful - We took the architectural tour, which lasts one hour.

Its was ok..for a few days
I was staying at the hotel to attend the cosmetology event..and it was a good location..but something that you should make a efford to be good at is to answer questions in the front desk with out (actitud)

Great location, Great price
The stay at the Westin was very easy and problem free. They accomadated our special needs eeficiently and with a smile. The rooms were clean and confortable. Overall, a very nice experience.
