Ok

We had heard great things about this hotel and most of them were true. It's in a great part of town it's very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. My only complaint is that at night the room was unbearably hot. And the bed was not comfortable.

Best hotel in the area

Booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting me in Chicago. They loved this small hotel. Though it's small, but they feel very comfortable there. The room is clean, service is the best! And the location is awesome.

Such an accomodating Hotel

I called and spoke with the manager, Alicia, before our family trip to Chicago. We were traveling with small children and had a few special needs. She ensured that we were treated to a nice room and the entire staff could not have been more polite and warm. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
