Best hotel I've ever stayed in

I've stayed in many 5 star hotels, but this one tops the list. Every amenity was available. A gorgeous pool, incredible staff who remembered my name as I exited every morning, bed turndowns as soon as I go to the gym (how do they even know???) Complimentary water. Everything is absolutely top notch in the room also. Details as simple as: 1) placement of light switches 2) i searched for an ice machine only to find that ice was already in my bucket! 3) even the glass shelf in the bathroom was low-iron high quality glass. 4) complimentary slippers, every single 5) fully stocked gym with staff passing out cold towels to everyone, refrigerated bottled water complimentary 6) olympic-size gorgeous swimming pool on top floor with amazing view of Chicago 7) zen like spa area 8) they must swap the sheets every day because I got a small ketchup stain one night and it was gone the next. 9) super comfortable bed 10) Every staff member was friendly and attentive 11) they rearranged and hung up all my clothes, shoes, bagged up my old socks 12) TV/media center had every single input possible and 60 free channels, along with dvd player. Every night, it was tuned to soothing lounge music as you return to the hotel I've never been in a hotel where every detail was perfect. 5 stars+

Chicago in the Summer

Great hotel within walking distance of all Chicago's main attractions. Service was exceptional and my husband still brags how the cleaning service even left him a book mark (attention to detail). We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Chicago again.

great hotel

Best hotel ever!! The location is great, service is awesome and staffs are super helpful. There are several great restaurants in the building so it is very convenient. Room is very clean and comfortable, and the hotel does great job in every detail. Moreover if you are from Asia and believe in Fengshui, peninsula is the best choice. A little bit expensive but I think the service worth the money.

Comfortable, beautiful, clean

Beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean room with many details to make it great stay. Bathrooms beautiful. BIg bath tub, tv and radio in bathroom, vanity, bathrobs, full stocked mini bar, great views, comfortable couch to lounge. Bed is sott. Has a sitting area to remove shoes and coats. Order room service and they will put a temporary table in your room. Romantic. Brunch pricey but worth it with frest sushi and fresh oysters. Cute little skating spot. Will be back. This place is perfect for couples.
