This hotel was great. Zero issues. Easy check in, friendly staff, nice room, GREAT location. Couldn't ask for more.

bathroom is very small, other than that it is a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful with knowledge of places to go and how to get there.

Thanks for my birthday trip!
If not for finding this great hotel value and deciding on the destination very quickly, we probably never would have gone to Chicago to celebrate my 65th (!!) birthday. It was a wonderful trip....in large part due to the lovely hotel and fine concierge services that directed us to fun-filled and interesting activities. Keep offering 1/2 price rooms like this and we might discover more great places.

Good for the price and location
location was great and staff was spectacular. Room was extremely small; had to walk across the bed to get to the other side. TV remote only changed volume and channel but would power the tv on or off. when tv came on, volume was always very high. AC/Heat didnt work well. It would be freezing at 73 or burning up hot at 68. Hotel had character; other than space being an issue, it was a great stay. Would never want more than 2 people in a room. :)

Get the 3 or 5 days CTA bus/train pass. Definitely worth it so you can get around the city and see all the sites without thinking about the cost. Very cost effective.
