Spectacular views-great location

The hotel was convenient to popular Chicago areas. The concierge was not available during the early part of the week. The hotel definitely had a great flair about it which filtered through the spacious comfortable rooms and nice quiet lobby where fruit infused ice water was available for guests. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside was the pool an additional $ 15.00 per visit and not all that great.

Lovely Hotel

The hotel is beautiful. The room & bathroom are very nice. We had a wonderful view of Navy Pier & Chicago River. You can walk to everything. The Palm restaurant is excellent. If you have a room beside the elevator, you can hear it.

Great weekend getaway

One of the nicer mid-priced hotels I've stayed at downtown. Good location for shopping, Navy Pier and the parks. Be prepared to spend extra to use the pool and fitness center.

Fantastic family getaway

We went for a famliy trip and were happy with the location. We could walk to Navy Pier and took a cheap water taxi for the rest of the sights. We went to the Sears Tower and Sheds Aquarium. Use a City pass to skip the lines.

Great location and nice room

Excellant value, great location. When I take the family back we will stay here. Only thing that was the least bit of a drag was being next to the elevator so in the early morning you could here it.

Great city, great hotel

The Swiss was beautiful. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large with fantastic views of Navy Pier. My only complaint was the charge guests to use the hotel pool.
