An all-glass triangular hotel, wedged into the confluence of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, has spectacular wrap-around views from Navy Pier to Grant Park.
Swissotel Chicago offers 661 air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and generously oversized rooms and suites. Relax above the city in our Penthouse Swimming Pool, Whirlpool and Health Club. Spa services available.
Overnight parking charge will be $62.00/day with in and out privileges. Hybrid vehicles receive a 50% discount.
A fee of $10.00 per room, per day (up to 4 guests) will apply for the use of the health club/swimming pool.

Chicago 3day Getaway
At the Swissotel the staff were very helpfull and professional. I had a great experience and I look forward to staying there again. When I checked in I was greeted outside by the valet guy and He asked me If I need help with my luggage, I answered no thank you and proceeded to the check in counter and the valet guy followed me inside making me uncomfertable, the guy who checked me in adviced me the charge for parking which is $55 a night and i told him i wasnt going to park there and he never adviced me that I can park right outside of the hotel and pay the public meter, I found out after asking guests who were staying in the hotel. That kind of upset me but I didn't let it get to me. I think it would've been nice of the guy to advice me that there's public parking. but after all the experience at the hotel was great. thank you

A great weekend in Chicago

Will be coming back... Awesome!
I know I checked the elevator noise.... I had to think long and hard to find anything that I didn't like about the hotel. The view of Naval Pier is etched in all of our minds. The help with questions and professional staff made our stay that much better. Rooms were breath-taking and very clean. We are definitely coming back to Swissotel when we decide to visit Chicago again. Thankyou

GREAT
The Best Hotel i stayed in....everybody was very nice and friendly....and as a bonus, you can quench your thirst with infused fruit water in the main lobby...Awesome stay would definitely visit again.

Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were clean and beauitful, with a great city view. The beds were super comfortable and we could control the temperature easily. We had spa services in the room which were professional and very relaxing. We'd go again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely no issues at all
The hotel is located in a perfect spot with views to the Navy pier and the river. It is only a few blocks from the metro station and bus station. Taxis everywhere. Its also a great walk along the river to the stations. Close to everything downtown. Water cost $9, but then again its Chicago and there are stores near by where you can shop for small things like that. Overall amazing hotel and I would go back there anytime.

Depending on how long you will be there, buy the metro and bus pass for more than a day. The city has an awesome and easy transportation system. Do not bother renting a car. You will never be able to park it! If the weather is bad just take a cab. They are everywhere.

Great place to stay in Chicago!
From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! The view from our room of the river and downtown Chicage was spectacular! The concierge was wonderful! She never suggested anything that wasn't absolutely right on! The staff couldn't have been more courteous. It was a grand stay in the windy city!

Great weekend getaway!
Beautiful River Views, Comfortable beds, Spacious bathroom, Courteous Staff... all made for a wonderful experience. I have stayed in several Chicago Hotels and this one ranks at the top!
