An all-glass triangular hotel, wedged into the confluence of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, has spectacular wrap-around views from Navy Pier to Grant Park.
Swissotel Chicago offers 661 air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and generously oversized rooms and suites. Relax above the city in our Penthouse Swimming Pool, Whirlpool and Health Club. Spa services available.
Overnight parking charge will be $62.00/day with in and out privileges. Hybrid vehicles receive a 50% discount.
A fee of $10.00 per room, per day (up to 4 guests) will apply for the use of the health club/swimming pool.

Chicago Weekend Get Away
The Swisshotel Chicago is situated at the midway point of Michigan. Literally everything in the city is of access to you via walk, cab, bus, train or car. My husband and I took a few needed days away from the kids to enjoy the city together. We had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. Our room was newly appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything gleamed in the bathroom as well. Great shower head and pressure for those of you who find this important. I would definately recommend this hotel and it's location to another.

Very Good Hotel
Very expensive but the service was the best from checkin to the checkout the service was great. The conciere, the waitresses and the house keeper were all looking to make your stay in Chicago the best so you could not ask for anything more.

The Chicago River Taxi was across the street that takes passengers to Navy Pier and the Ford Theatre is in walking distance to the hotel with plenty of fine restaurants along the way.

Nice Stay
The Swiss was very nice, they hooked us up with a private corner room. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice. I would absolutly stay there again. The only complaint I have was that the staff was not friendly, and bordered on rude.

Very posh hotel, great location. Loved it!
I loved Swissotel! Location was ideal, hotel itself was very fancy and posh. Room was great, especially beds ( great sheets and comfortable mattress). Decor was excellent ( very contemporary). Best hotel I stayed at in Chicago.

Beautiful yet affordable hotel
Hotel was beautiful and very stylish! it was in a great location (next door to the Hyatt)...michigan ave was just a couple minutes away. Loved, Loved, Loved the hotel!!!

feedback on Swissotel
The view was terrific, the room was just gorgeous with top bedding, nice artwork, super bathroom, and spotless. The location was ideal. Chicago is an incredible city and it was lovely to have Swissotel as a home base. For instance, after some hours at the Art Institute of Chicago, we walked back to the room, rested up with the great view, great TV, and great beds, before walking back to Millenial Park to attend the free opera highlights concert.

Chicago is an amazing city. The public transportation is so good (get your bus/subway pass at the CVS on Michigan Avenue around the corner from E. Wacker) and check out Lincoln Park.

Great location. Great price.
Front desk very cooperative when we had to move our room the second day of a three day stay. When we arrived back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing our luggage was in our new room but the room's TV remote was missing. After a call to the front desk, a new remote was brought to our room within ten minutes and was programmed on the spot by the hotel staff person. Concierge was helpful on three occasions when we asked for help concerning local attractions. Super location. Our room and the rest of hotel was clean and modern. Cannot wait for a return visit.
