"beautiful luxury hotel"
We enjoyed staying at this hotel because the location was great for the activities we had planned at Navy Pier. The room and view were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. We would have liked to have breakfast at the hotel but didn't want a buffet which was all that was offered.

We walked Navy Pier, had dinner there and then did a boat cruise. We didn't need to take a taxi to get there which was great.

Will be coming back... Awesome!
I know I checked the elevator noise.... I had to think long and hard to find anything that I didn't like about the hotel. The view of Naval Pier is etched in all of our minds. The help with questions and professional staff made our stay that much better. Rooms were breath-taking and very clean. We are definitely coming back to Swissotel when we decide to visit Chicago again. Thankyou

Great Chicago hotel
The view of the river, Navy Pier and the lake were awesome!!! We really enjoyed watching the fireworks on Saturday and Wednesday nights from our room. The room was a little noisy due to our proximity to the elevators, but not too bad. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The bathtub was long enough to stretch out and relax in.

Short walk from hotel
This hotel is located perfectly! It is between the Mag Mile and museum campus. We did not bother to rent a car or even take the bus. The walk to all of the area attractions is not far, and you burn off all the calories from the great food that you eat!

romantic getaway close to home
The staff was amazing. They are the people that set the tone for the stay as they are first impression you get. We could not have been more pleased. They treated not only us but the other staff members with the most respect possible. The rooms were beautiful and clean and there was no noise from the events taking place there. Couldnt have been any better, actually planning another trip back in a few months
