Very Convienent
This was a great place to stay for a short Chicago getaway. Within walking distance to many sites. The weather was great, so we even walked to Navy Pier - a little more than most people would probably do. Security was good, as room key was required to access elevator, etc. Continental breakfast included was a plus.

City Getaway
Loved the large suite, very comfortable and spacious. Be prepared for loud music from the dance club next door (late into the night.) Also, go to the breakfast EARLY, it ends at 9am and gets packed at 8:45am! I was a little surprised that there was no restaurant in the hotel at all (so no room service.) Excellent location to great restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc.

Had a nice time in Chicago
The staff was very courteous, check in was a breeze and the room was a nice size for what we wanted. This was a great trip to Chicago; however, next time I would request a room on a higher floor, as our room was on the 3rd floor and when I say the "night life in Chicago comes alive", that's a gross understatement! That's no fault of the hotel, just an FYI. Beds were cozy , bathroom nice and looks freshly remodeled and the decor is indeed contemporary. This is a great hotel. One issue: valet service had only 1 guy, when about 10 people where waiting to get their car (me included), stressed that I was gonna miss my flight.

Loved the SpringHill Suites
The location was perfect- nice view of downtown Chicago. They served complimentary breakfast and the valet parking lasted till 3pm which was very convenient. They even got all my bags, brought my car around so I could pack them in the car and then reparked my car since checkout was at noon. So awesome.

Quirky Corners in the Heart of the City
I would have appreciated some guidance about how to get to the hotel from the airport. The hotel, though awkwardly configured was clean, felt safe. The room was spacious, though again, very awkwardly configured with a tv positioned poorly for viewing from both the sofa and the bed. Street-side rooms were noisy on Saturday night. Nice to have amenities like a little sink and fridge and microwave. Bathroom was well thought out with lots of places for toiletries and wet towels. Bed was extremely comfortable - a dream. Breakfast is the standard fare we've come to expect from these hotels, with the wasteful paper and packaged plates and utensils we've come to expect. Again, the theme, strange layout: took me a while to realize I'd passed the coffee and tea on the way in to the room. Good cereals. No trays. Oddly, no toast! Only bagels and English muffins. A pleasant enough stay in a very convenient location.
