Great place to stay in Chicago
Our three day vacation in chicago was wonderful. The Sofitel's location is great. The location is quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The flower arrangements in the lobby were interesting and unique along with the fragrance of the hotel lobby.

Sofitel Chicago Water Tower
The location, two blocks from Michigan Ave., is perfect - close to the activity but very quiet. The hotel service is excellent. We had room service dinner and breakfast and loved the food, presentation and value for the money. We will definitely stay at this hotel again! The room was small, cozy, clean and comfortable.

The location and service is good,
The location and service is good, and the decoration is contemporary and stylish. The only exception is that when the internet connection to my notebook did not work, the hotel could only offer technical support from possibly India, and the telephone line was not audible. It took several tries, and the problem could not be rectified. I was later directed to use the PC at the business centre, and this did not become a major issue.

The Sofitel was amazing. The room
The Sofitel was amazing. The room was spotless, massive LCD tv, great desk, very fast internet, great views, and amazing amenities. My wife loved the french soaps they supply, and the robes and slippers. I loved the breakfast in bed, the food was amazing. Definately a cool vibe as well in the lobby bar and restaurant. I will definately be staying again. I actually liked that it wasn't right on Michigan Ave, as there was no road noise as I was only on 11th floor.
