Location Location Location
While this is a really average facility, it's location and staff are great. The daily shuttle runs to Chicago University Area and the Downtown was so helpful for people new to Chicago who want to sight see. The Staff are so helpful and friendly, a great stay in an average facility!

Near downtown loop accommodations
Easy location. Easy parking. Restaurant next door ok. It served our needs -- allowing us to get out of an expensive downtown hotel but not leave the city until the next day. Free wi-fi and parking are a plus. However it is sort of seedy and the rooms are tired.

My wife and me when to Chicago on a weekend getaway. I booked the ramada because I have stayed at them all over the country and they've always been pretty clean and friendly. This ramada was not clean at all and the rooms smelled terrible. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. My wife and I never felt safe and the we ended up checking out of the hotel one day early. We loved the city it was an amazing trip except for the hotel. Only plus I can say about the ramada was that the driver that ran the shuttle in to the city was supper nice and supper helpful.

will stay somewhere else next time
Room was clean bed was comfortable. Room a little small. Noise of opening and closing doors could be heard all night. Pool should have been cleaner. Had sand on the bottom and lots of leaves floating around. Almost every chair was broken or missing to many straps to sit on it safely Did not like sign in bath telling you to hang up your towels and use them again instead of getting clean ones everyday. I did stay 3 days. Some of the staff were nice some were not. Service at the on site cafe was terrible. Food was so so.
